I've let it be known for some time now that though I try to root for Bart, and especially his relationship with Ashton, the one stumbling block that I can't get past is the fact that two children are dead and by his hands. He is not a murderer on the run because the whole world thinks that it was an accident caused by Melanie. He lives among us a murderer with the only person that he has to answer to being his own conscience and a ditsy boyfriend (the only ones who know the truth since Chadbril is dead are he and Ashton). I don't want him to leave the show I just think that Ashton should be true to his own morals and value system and move on. However, knowing the truth could put his life in danger (Bart strikes me as believing in self preservation).
Bart is a confessed killer, true but you are ignoring the fact that Jabril (we know that this was the fake Jabril) hired Bart to rig the car in order to kill his husband. If he had not hired a hit man the kid would not be dead.
If someone hires me to kill Trump and I did it, I'm still a killer. If I accidentally kill his wife and kid, you guessed it, I'm still a killer. The person who hires a hit man is guilty of conspiracy and often gets a stiffer sentence. The killer is not excused. He can always say no and call the police. But if you kill for a living I think that you are a killer. Chadbril not only hired Bart but knew how to find him. That was not his husband that he wanted dead but a loose end. Brandon was a nuisance that he wanted to rid himself of. But a hit man doesn't value your life except as a way to make a buck (when he snuffs it out of course). Bart is cute but DEADLY. Had he not hired himself out and had he not done the deed the kids would not be dead.
Agreed, your point is well taken. My point was that Jabril was equally to blame or more so since he initiated the killings by hiring Bart. Just saying ....
You are right. In a court of law they would be more interested in sticking it to the person who orchestrated the deadly crime. Chadwick was the orchestrator. The real Jabrill is innocent of this mess. I love me some Bart but I'm not going to be blinded by his beauty. LOL

I agree with you. Ashton isn't being true to his own morals and value system. I think Ashton has become desperate after so much trauma in his life. I feel that this character needs to tap into his inner strength and Bart should pay for his actions. After all, an innocent child died and an unborn child never had a chance. As for Derrick, I believe he will develop the fight he needs to survive leukemia again. Well, at least I hope so. I hope writers will not kill him off. I adds so much to the show. Derrick is passionate and has a fire in him.
I agree i hope they dont kill him off Derrick adds something special to the show with lots of complexity and dramas. There's stiil room to develop Derrick to come to peace and happiness within in self . I also think the next weeding/marriage in the show should be Ty and derrick.
As we know love is blind and they might take this secret to their grave. Last episode I was to happy to see that Bart told his boy that he was wrong for cheating on Derrick on his dieing bed especially with his cousin. Ooh I can't wait to see what happens when the shit hit the fan and the T get out.
bart must have balls the size of king kong when he has the nerve to chastise rob for sharing his dick with jesus, but bart can kill two WHOLE babies but cops an attitude when ashton reminds him of it.
Rob's character has changed; however, this type of stuff occurs in real also. Rob is running because he doesn't want to deal with the possibility of Derrick's possibly dying. But Rob needs to man up. He needs to stay by Derrick's side until the bitter end. I do hope that Derrick remains true to Ty because he's tied or die.

I agree with you but do we really know that Derrick is dieing who confirm? has anyone accompanied him to a doctor visitor or is he playing this game to keep both of men at his side. That would be low if he does that. I known some boys like that in the real world to pull many stunts like that just to keep or get back at their man. I pray that Derrick telling the truth and she able to get a miracle that will save or prolong his life
Regarding Bart yes I agree with you he is a ex con/murderer etc: but he love Ashton 💘 and I don't think he will do anything to hurt him. As we know chadbril not jabril hire Bart to do a job and I believe if Bart new or was aware that melody and kid occasionally use Brandon car. I don't believe

i would put nothing past derrick. derrick is the same person who was going to let his so-called best friend go to jail for a crime derrick committed and lied about. derrick has proven that he will lie quicker than a cat will lick its azz and tongue over the hole.
the problem with excusing bart for murdering two children by saying that he meant to kill brandon is the fact that it still shows that bart is a WHOLE MURDERER. i don't like brandon, but brandon never did anything to bart. bart claimed when he first came on the show that he never murdered anybody who didn't deserve it. so according to bart, brandon is such a flaw individual that he deserved to be murdered.
